Toronto Community Benefits Network created the Building Diversity Awards to recognize leadership in diversity, equity and inclusion within the construction industry. The inaugural 2021 Awards was not just a first for TCBN, but for Canada. As such, the event had many challenges to overcome - creating awardness and a worldwide pandemic.
We created and executed the entire marketing campaign, including communicating with event sponsors and affiliates, and developing and publishing digital assets across various marketing channels. The end result was achieving 194% of TCBN's overall registration and attendee goals.
